These terms outline how our services work and what you can expect when booking with Ann Arbor Photo Booth. We believe in clear communication and a smooth experience, if you have any questions, just reach out.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Ann Arbor Photo Booth, submitting a contract, or making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
2. Services Provided
Ann Arbor Photo Booth provides photo booth rental services for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Services may include booth setup, on-site operation, photo capture, prints, digital galleries, and optional customizations as outlined in your booking agreement.
Specific services, event duration, and add-ons are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment
- A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date
- Remaining balanced must be paid prior to the event date, as outlined in your invoice
- Event dates are not guaranteed until payment and confirmation are received
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- If Ann Arbor Photo Booth is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded
5. Event Requirements
The client is responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and a safe environment for the photo booth setup.
- A flat, stable surface is required
- Access to a standard power outlet
- Protection from weather for outdoor events
- Reasonable access for setup and breakdown
6. Equipment Care & Conduct
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests due to misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior. Ann Arbor Photo Booth reserves the right to suspend services if conditions become unsafe for guests or staff.
7. Image Usage & Rights
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Ann Arbor Photo Booth may use images captured during events for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Clients and guests are welcome to share their photos for personal use.
8. Digital Galleries & File Retention
Digital galleries are provided following the event and remain available for a limited time. Ann Arbor Photo Booth is not responsible for lost or deleted files after the retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ann Arbor Photo Booth is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, power outages, weather conditions, or guest behavior.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. Force Majeure
Ann Arbor Photo Booth shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or emergencies.
11. Privacy
Client information is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
12. Changes to These Terms
Ann Arbor Photo Booth reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
